It doesn't matter how strong your opinions are. If you don't use your power for positive change, you are, indeed, part of the problem. ~ Coretta Scott KingCoretta Scott King, wife to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., had to have a stressful life. Especially, as she was at the side of a man who was bold in making his "dream" become a reality. Not living in the 1960's, nor ever living in a place of racial segregation, I can only imagine what it must have been like to be her. Racial segregation definitely had, and continues to have, its fair share of opinions.
However, she played a part in using the energy, that formed her opinions, into action to help bring about change. That is where the application comes in to play. No matter what you have an opinion about, where can you be a part of the solution instead of the problem?
When you are thinking of all the things that need to be changed in a particular area, person, group of people, etc., turn it around and start thinking of ways in which you can help bringing those changes into a reality from a positive aspect.
Rethinking my thoughts...

Really appreciated this week's quote. Reminds me of one of my favorites, "Be the change you hope to see in the world."
